Marketing-ops control report

LinkedIn Ads Control Report

Public RepoReportingDeterministic KPIsHTML Outputs

The tool replaces a manual campaign spreadsheet scan with a deterministic daily control report. It calculates CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, budget pacing, daily movement, campaign movement, risk-register items, review priorities, and shareable HTML/JSON/Markdown outputs. Analyst notes are optional; KPI logic stays deterministic.

What it proves

Turns daily ad CSV exports into KPI cards, pacing signals, day-over-day movement, ranked review actions, and a compact risk register.

What it proves

Replaces repetitive spreadsheet checks with a deterministic morning control artifact and clear campaign handoff.

Impact

  • Turns daily ad CSV exports into KPI cards, pacing signals, day-over-day movement, ranked review actions, and a compact risk register.
  • Replaces repetitive spreadsheet checks with a deterministic morning control artifact and clear campaign handoff.

Problem

Daily ad-export reviews are repetitive and easy to handle inconsistently. A small reporting utility can turn the same CSV inputs into repeatable KPI and pacing evidence.

Approach

The tool parses exported campaign data, calculates deterministic KPIs, compares daily and campaign movement, flags pacing and control risks, ranks review priorities, then writes shareable report formats for quick inspection.

Current status

Public repository with sample and edge-case fixtures, tests, an OpsForge module contract, a one-command deterministic report refresh, screenshots, and report outputs that can be opened directly by reviewers.

Architecture / workflow

  • CSV parser normalizes export rows into campaign records.
  • Metric layer calculates CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and pacing signals.
  • Priority and risk rules separate deterministic review logic from optional narrative notes.
  • Export layer writes HTML, JSON, and Markdown artifacts with KPI, movement, risk, and action sections.

Next steps

  • Add a short before-and-after example to the case-study page if a richer visual is needed.
  • Keep deterministic KPI logic visible and easy to review.
  • Add more sample campaigns if the repo needs a richer demo set.
